Built by operators, not outsiders.

TalentStores was built by two leaders who spent 25 years inside the machinery of global workforce operations — running contingent labor programs, standing up Global Capability Centers, and managing hundreds of vendor relationships for the world's largest enterprises.

Our Story

Why we built this.

We didn't come from software. We came from procurement floors, delivery centers, and boardrooms where hiring, vendor management, and payments lived in six different systems that didn't talk to each other.

Every enterprise we worked with — Applied Materials, ManpowerGroup, Capgemini — fought the same fragmentation: recruiters in one tool, staffing partners in another, payments and settlements bolted on somewhere else.

TalentStores exists because we got tired of watching that cost companies time, money, and good candidates. We built the platform we wished we'd had.
