How it works

Screening starts with the role, not the résumé. A hiring manager defines must-have capabilities, nice-to-haves and the evidence that counts for each. TalentOS turns that into a scoring rubric, so ranking is anchored to stated requirements rather than to pattern-matching on prestigious employers.

Every application is then scored against that rubric with the evidence shown: which requirement is met, which is missing, and the exact line in the application or assessment supporting each conclusion. Reviewers can override any score, and overrides feed back as calibration signal rather than being discarded.

Assessments deepen the signal where a résumé cannot. Role-specific work samples, coding exercises, case studies and structured async video answers are scored on the same rubric, with plagiarism and anomaly detection on submissions.
