HRMS and HRIS Integration

HRMS and HRIS integration connects TalentStores to your existing HR system so worker, requisition and organisation data stay consistent across both. Sync is bidirectional, field-level and observable, with conflict rules you define.

How it works

Integration starts with deciding which system owns what. Typically the HRIS owns organisation structure, cost centres and employee master data, while TalentStores owns requisitions, candidates, contingent workers and supplier commercials. That ownership map is configured field by field, so nothing silently overwrites the source of truth.

Connections run over native APIs where the vendor provides them — Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, HiBob, Darwinbox, Personio, Zoho People and Keka among them — and over secure file exchange where they do not. New hires flow from TalentStores into the HRIS on offer acceptance with the right cost centre, manager and employment type already attached.

Every sync is observable. You can see the last run per object, the records created and updated, the ones that failed and the exact field-level reason, with retry from the interface. Contingent workers are included, so the HRIS finally reflects total workforce rather than only permanent headcount.

  1. 1

    Map ownership

Field-level source of truth agreed between the HRIS and TalentStores.

  2. 2

    Connect

Native API where available, secure file exchange where not.

  3. 3

    Flow hires and changes

Offers, starts, changes and exits propagate with cost centre and manager intact.

  4. 4

    Observe and retry

Per-object sync logs, field-level error reasons and one-click reprocessing.

What's included

  • Native connectors

Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, HiBob, Darwinbox, Personio, Zoho People, Keka and more.

  • Bidirectional field mapping

Per-field ownership and transformation rules with conflict resolution you define.

  • Contingent worker records

Non-employee workers pushed into the HRIS so total workforce reporting is complete.

  • Org and cost-centre sync

Departments, managers, locations and cost centres kept current in both directions.

  • Sync observability

Run history, record counts, failure reasons and manual retry per object.

  • SSO and directory provisioning

SAML or OIDC sign-in with SCIM user and group provisioning.

Frequently asked questions

Which HR systems do you integrate with?

Common connectors include Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, BambooHR, HiBob, Darwinbox, Personio, Zoho People and Keka. Where a native connector does not exist, integration runs over REST APIs or scheduled secure file exchange.

Which system is the source of truth?

You decide, field by field. Most customers keep employee master data and organisation structure in the HRIS and let TalentStores own requisitions, candidates, contingent workers and supplier commercials, with explicit rules where the two overlap.

How long does an integration take?

A standard connector with default mappings is usually live in one to two weeks. Complex Workday or SuccessFactors implementations with custom objects and multi-entity structures typically take four to eight weeks including testing in a sandbox tenant.

What happens when a sync fails?

The record is quarantined rather than partially written, the failure is logged with the specific field and reason, the owner is alerted, and the record can be corrected and reprocessed from the interface without rerunning the whole batch.
