Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the TalentStores Workforce Commerce Platform.

1. Agreement
By accessing TalentStores, you agree to these Terms of Service and any applicable order form or enterprise agreement.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of account information and for all activity performed under your credentials.
3. Acceptable use
No unlawful, abusive, infringing or high-risk automated use of the platform, or use that compromises platform integrity.
4. Subscription & fees
Fees, terms and renewal conditions are defined in your order form. Late payments may incur suspension or interest.
5. Marketplace & commercials
Marketplace transactions, revenue shares and settlements are executed via the Commercial Engine subject to your commercial terms.
6. Data & IP
You retain rights to your data. TalentStores retains all rights to the platform, TalentOS and derived aggregated insights.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential information disclosed under the platform relationship.
8. Warranties & liability
The service is provided on an enterprise-grade basis. Liability is limited as set forth in your order form.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach. Certain provisions survive termination, including confidentiality and payment obligations.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, unless overridden by your order form.
