What engagement models does TalentStores offer?
TalentStores offers nine engagement models: Direct Hire, Contract-to-Hire, Contract/Contingent, Project-Based, Remote Team, Offshore Team, Forward Deployed Engineering, Employer of Record only, and Recruiting as a Service. Eight are priced on the same marketplace rates — a flat $39/hour for standard roles and starting at $55/hour for specialist roles. Recruiting as a Service is the exception: a dedicated embedded recruiter billed as a flat monthly fee with no per-hire charge.

Which engagement model should I choose?
Choose Direct Hire for permanent headcount, Contract-to-Hire when you want to prove fit first, Contract for defined-period capacity, Project-Based for a scoped outcome, Remote or Offshore Team for a dedicated pod, Forward Deployed Engineering for engineers embedded with your customers, and Employer of Record only when you have already found the person.
Does the engagement model change the price?
No. All models are priced on the same marketplace rates — a flat $39/hour for standard roles and starting at $55/hour for specialist roles — with no additional Employer of Record fee on India-based hires.
Can I switch models later?
Yes. Contract and Contract-to-Hire engagements convert to permanent, and offshore pods can grow into a managed project team, without re-running sourcing.
