Immigration and Visa Support
Immigration support covers the work permits, visas and right-to-work approvals a worker needs to be employed legally in a country. TalentStores coordinates cases with licensed immigration partners; we do not provide legal advice or file petitions ourselves.

How it works
Feasibility comes before the offer. For a given nationality, destination country, role and salary, the platform shows the likely visa routes, the sponsorship prerequisites, realistic processing times, government fees and dependant eligibility — so hiring decisions are made with the timeline visible rather than discovered six weeks later.
When a case opens, a licensed immigration partner from our vetted ecosystem takes the legal work: eligibility assessment, petition preparation, filings and any government correspondence. TalentStores runs everything around it — document collection from the worker, deadline tracking, employer-side evidence, status milestones and stakeholder visibility for HR, the manager and the employee.
Post-approval obligations are where most companies slip. The platform tracks permit expiry, extension windows, right-to-work re-verification, work-location restrictions and dependant document dates, with alerts timed to the lead time each renewal actually needs. Where employment sits with an EOR partner, sponsorship depends on that partner's local capability, which is shown before you commit.

Frequently asked questions
Does TalentStores provide immigration legal advice?
No. Legal advice, eligibility determinations and filings are handled by licensed immigration partners in our vetted ecosystem. TalentStores provides the coordination layer: feasibility data, document workflow, deadline tracking and reporting.
Can you sponsor a visa for a worker?
Sponsorship requires a legal entity with sponsor licence status in that country. TalentStores holds no entities. Sponsorship comes from your own entity or, where available, from an EOR partner with local sponsorship capability — which the platform confirms before you offer.
How long do work visas take?
It varies widely: some routes approve in weeks, others take several months with quota or lottery constraints. The platform shows the current expected range for the specific route and country so start dates are planned on evidence, not optimism.
How are permit expiries managed?
Every permit, visa and right-to-work document carries an expiry with a renewal lead time appropriate to that route. Alerts go to HR and the employee early enough to act, and the case reopens with the same partner where continuity matters.
