Embedded hiring capacity

Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)

Recruitment process outsourcing means an external team takes over part or all of your hiring process. TalentStores supplies the technology and sources embedded recruitment teams from vetted RPO partners, so capacity flexes without your data leaving the platform.

How it works

RPO usually fails in one of two ways: the provider runs your hiring on their systems and you lose the data, or the team is generic and never learns your business. TalentStores addresses both. The recruiters come from specialist RPO partners in our vetted ecosystem, but they work inside your TalentStores workspace on your requisitions, your scorecards and your pipeline.

Engagements are scoped by shape. Enterprise RPO covers the full function; project RPO covers a specific ramp such as fifty engineers in two quarters; and on-demand RPO adds sourcing capacity by the week during a peak. Each scope has defined coverage, service levels and a pricing model — cost per hire, monthly fee or fee per recruiter — set in the commercial engine.

Because delivery happens in the platform, performance is inspectable in real time: pipeline coverage per requisition, time in stage, sourcing channel yield and offer acceptance. When the engagement ends, every candidate record, note and interview stays with you.

Frequently asked questions

Does TalentStores employ the RPO recruiters?

No. Recruiters are supplied by specialist RPO partners in our vetted ecosystem. TalentStores matches the partner, hosts the delivery in your workspace, tracks the service levels and settles the commercials centrally.

How quickly can an RPO team start?

A project or on-demand team typically starts within two to four weeks of scoping, depending on sector specialism and clearance requirements. Full-function enterprise engagements take longer because of process design and handover from incumbent teams.

What happens to our data when the engagement ends?

It stays with you. Candidates, notes, scorecards, interview feedback and sourcing history live in your TalentStores workspace throughout, so ending an engagement is an access change rather than a data migration.

Can RPO cover only part of the process?

Yes. Common splits are sourcing-only, screening and coordination only, or high-volume role families only, with your internal team keeping executive and specialist hiring. The scope is defined per role family in the platform.
