Staffing and Recruiting Marketplace
A staffing and recruiting marketplace connects employers with multiple agencies and independent recruiters through one system. TalentStores lets you release a role to selected suppliers, compare their real performance data, and settle every placement on a single invoice.

How it works
You publish a requirement once with the role definition, salary band, fee terms and submission limits. TalentStores releases it to the suppliers you choose — your incumbent agencies, recruiters from our marketplace, or a tiered release where preferred vendors get an exclusivity window before the role opens wider.
Every submission arrives in the same structured format with the same required fields, so a candidate from a boutique agency is directly comparable to one from a global firm. Duplicate detection catches the same person submitted by two suppliers and applies your ownership rules automatically, which is where most agency disputes start.
Performance is measured, not remembered. Submission-to-interview ratio, interview-to-offer rate, time to submit, offer decline rate and fee level are tracked per supplier and per role family, so your next release goes to the agencies that actually deliver for that kind of hire. Fees, rebates and guarantee periods are held in the commercial engine and settled centrally.

Frequently asked questions
Can we keep our existing agencies?
Yes, and most customers do. Incumbent suppliers are onboarded with their existing fee terms and work alongside marketplace recruiters. The difference is that all of them now submit in the same format and are measured on the same scorecard.
How are candidate-ownership disputes handled?
Ownership is decided by the platform at submission time using your configured rules — first valid submission, ownership window length and prior-application checks. The record is timestamped, so disputes are resolved by data rather than by email history.
What fee models are supported?
Contingent percentage, flat fee, staged retained payments, temp-to-perm conversion fees and hourly markup for contract staffing. Rebate schedules for early leavers are attached to the placement and applied automatically.
How do you vet recruiters in the marketplace?
Suppliers are checked for company registration, insurance where relevant, specialisation and references before activation, then continuously assessed on live performance data. Persistent underperformance or submission spam removes access to your requirements.
